Purchase

A registration fee of £500 is payable upon receiving our requirement report and acceptance of our terms & conditions.

This fee is deductible from our success fee.

Success fee is 1% of the property purchase price, which is payable upon completion or two months after exchange.

Corporate clients may contact us directly to discuss individual requirements.

A tour of a local area is £100 per half day. You will be chauffeured from a set meeting point.

Any fees incurred during the acquisition, such as surveyors’ and solicitors’ fees, will be payable directly by the client.

The registration fee is not refundable.

Rental

A registration fee of £250 is payable upon receiving our requirement report and acceptance of our terms and conditions.

This is deductible from our success fee.

Success fee is one month’s rent, payable upon signing the tenancy agreement.

A tour of the local area is as above.

The registration fee is non refundable.
